About Us

Bloom Learning Collective was founded by clinicians with over a decade of experience supporting children and youth across educational, clinical, and community settings. Through years of collaboration with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams, a deep understanding developed of the challenges many families face when seeking timely, high-quality, and individualized support.

Throughout this work, consistent barriers to care were observed, including long waitlists, limited service options, and programs that did not always reflect the unique needs of each child. These experiences informed the development of a therapy centre model grounded in meaningful relationships, clinical excellence, and individualized, responsive care.

What makes this service model different?

Most therapy providers use a layered model where a Behaviour Analyst supervises a senior therapist, who then supports the therapist or technician working directly with the child.

At Bloom Learning Collective, the model is more direct. Families work closely with a Registered Behaviour Analyst, without multiple layers between clinical decision-making and day-to-day support.

This means questions can be answered quickly, programs can be adjusted in real time, and care is guided directly by an experienced clinician who is actively involved in the work. The goal is more consistent communication, clearer planning, and support that stays closely aligned with each child’s needs.

At Bloom Learning Collective, each child is viewed through a strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming lens. The integration of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) with compassionate, relationship-focused care supports the creation of engaging learning experiences that promote communication, independence, confidence, and meaningful skill development. Each program is individualized to reflect the strengths, needs, and goals of the child and family.
