Hi, I’m Sierra!

I’m the Learning Support Coordinator at Bloom Therapy Co. I play an important administrative role by helping families with scheduling, coordinating appointments, organizing documentation, and supporting the clinic’s day-to-day operations. I am often a point of contact for families, and I strive to ensure their experience is organized, responsive, and supportive.

I also work directly with children as a Senior Supervised Clinician supporting their individualized learning goals. I follow each child’s individualized program, incorporate their interests and strengths into our sessions, and collaborate with the clinical team to help children practise and generalize meaningful skills across activities and environments.

I am an Algonquin College graduate and have worked with autistic children and youth since 2021. I have completed the Soar Autism Center’s ESDM-Focused RBT Training, along with additional training in play-based ABA strategies. I bring a warm, patient, creative, and trauma-informed approach to my work.

My aim is to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where children and families feel comfortable being themselves. I believe therapy works best when families feel heard, respected, and understood. My approach emphasizes each child’s strengths, empowers families, and helps them advocate for their needs. Ultimately, my goal is to help children and families develop meaningful skills, confidence, and resilience that will support them throughout their lives.
